This is another tried and true recipe I’ve served to friends and family that always gets rave reviews! This is one of those recipes that not only looks great but tastes great too – and, best of all, its easy with minimal ingredients. Mandarin oranges, curry and smoked turkey are a winning combo!
Tortilla pinwheels work well as part of a heavy hors d’oeuvre type meal or lunch served with fruit or vegetables. We do a lot of entertaining in the summer and since this recipe uses just 3 tortillas I will use the rest for another group of friends or family the following week or plan a taco meal.
Put pinwheels in a cooler for a great picnic snack or take on a boat ride, aka booze cruise!
